The Veils Go Hollywood?
Not quite, but the song "Vicious Traditions" off of the band's 2004 debut, The Runaway Found, is in the film Mr Brooks. You know, that film where Kevin Costner is finally typecast as a murderer. And speaking of The Veils, the London-based outfit is about to begin touring North America (dates below) in support of their latest, the critically acclaimed (and not just by Sixeyes) album Nux Vomica, and you should seriously consider getting off your butt and finding some tickets. Great songs, lots of charisma, two ingredients that make for a fantastic show.
Here's what the fuss is all about, mp3 and video style:
From Nux Vomica
advice for young mother's to be [mp3]
From The Runaway Found
vicious traditions [mp3]
