The National: New Tour Dates!

Brooklyn's The National, the band whose great new record, Boxer, is now being challenged by Spoon's Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga, as one of the best albums of the year, have just returned home after making the rounds of Europe's Festival circuit. The five piece will now rest up for a heavy schedule which will take them into early December. Check out the September and early October dates for North American shows... and the additional EU dates, as well.

  4. Hi Sarah,
I passed your suggestion along to Matt and he thought it was a good idea. And I quote:

"I'm not sure if there are any current plans to hit the islands this time around but it sounds like a good idea. We are however going to be playing on a beach in Portugal in a couple weeks and it looks like we might be hitting Istanbul and Moscow later in the year."

Sarah, I suggest you get in touch via their website... you might be surprised at how easy your wish could come true.
